RPM Industries aluminum extrusion capabilities feature P.L.C  controlled presses, state of the art pullers and stretchers with high efficiency quenching and heat treating ovens to assure precise dimensions and mechanical properties are met on our extruded aluminum.

Our Aluminum Extrusion Division covers over 350,000 sq.ft. with an annual output capacity in excess of 40,000 metric tons.  With extrusion presses ranging in container size from 6″ through 10″ we are able to supply your requirements on shapes weighing from 0.040 up to 35 pounds per foot.

Aluminum is a durable, ductile, light weight, malleable metal. Aluminum is nonmagnetic. Yield strength of pure aluminum is 7-11 MPa, aluminum alloys have yield strengths ranging from 200 MPa to 600 MPa. Aluminum offers excellent corrosion resistance due to a thin surface layer of aluminum oxide that forms when the aluminum is exposed to air, effectively preventing oxidation.

RPM Industries accepts most file formats, DWG and DXF, Files for 2D Extrusions.
